Min Lilla Salong
Terms of sale and right of withdrawal
What applies when you book an appointment with Min Lilla Salong: who the seller is, prices and payment, cancellation, the right of withdrawal, complaints and disputes.
This is a translation. If the English and the Norwegian versions differ, the Norwegian version applies.
In short
- You pay at the salon, or in advance with Vipps when you book, where this is offered. If you pay in advance, you get a discount.
- You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before your appointment.
- If you cancel later, or do not show up, the salon may charge 70% of the price. If you have paid in advance, the salon keeps the amount.
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you book online. While it applies, you can cancel free of charge until the treatment starts.
- If you are not happy with the treatment, let us know within a reasonable time.
1. Parties
The seller is M&W Holding AS, organisation number 938 170 533, registered in the Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret), with its business address at Damhauggata 11, 1772 Halden, Norway. Min Lilla Salong is the name of the salon. Where these terms say "we" or "the salon", they mean the seller.
Address: Damhauggata 11, 1772 Halden, Norway
Email: post@mwbeautycollective.no
Phone: +47 936 27 989
The seller is not registered in the Norwegian VAT Register (Merverdiavgiftsregisteret).
The customer is you, the person who books the appointment. If you book for a child, you are the customer and you accept the terms.
These terms apply when you book treatments on mwbeautycollective.no. Courses in Akademia are not booked online. We agree on those with you directly.
2. Booking
You book at https://mwbeautycollective.no/en/bestill/. Choose the treatment, date and time, and a practitioner if you have a preference. Then enter your name, phone number and email address.
Before you book, you can see the name of the treatment, what it costs and how long it takes. You must tick a box to accept the terms. If the appointment falls within the withdrawal period, we also ask you to tick a box to confirm that you want the treatment carried out at the agreed time (see section 7).
The contract is concluded when you press Order with an obligation to pay and the appointment is shown as confirmed. At the same time you receive a confirmation by email with a cancellation link and a withdrawal form. The confirmation email is in Norwegian. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact us.
3. Prices
The prices are shown at https://mwbeautycollective.no/en/behandlinger/ and in the booking. All prices are total prices in Norwegian kroner. There are no extra fees for booking.
The seller is not registered in the Norwegian VAT Register, so the prices do not include VAT.
If you pay in advance with Vipps, you get a discount on the price. The discount and the amount you pay are shown in the booking before you pay.
You pay the price that was shown in the booking at the time you booked. If you want anything in addition to what you booked, we agree on the price with you before we do it.
If you cancel too late, or do not show up, the salon may charge a fee (see section 6).
4. Payment
You choose how to pay:
- At the salon: you pay when you are there, using the payment methods the salon accepts.
- In advance with Vipps: for treatments where this is offered, you can pay with Vipps when you book, and you then get a discount.
Payments with Vipps are received by M&W Corporation Ayari, organisation number 935 966 833, the salon's recipient in Vipps. That is why you see that name in Vipps when you pay. If you pay with Vipps, Vipps' own terms also apply to the payment itself.
You receive a receipt when you have paid, at the salon or in Vipps.
If we charge a fee under section 6, you receive a payment request stating the amount and the due date.
5. Your appointment
The treatment takes place at the salon at Damhauggata 11, 1772 Halden, at the time stated in the confirmation. Please arrive a few minutes early. If you are running late, call us on +47 936 27 989.
Before the treatment, we tell you about the risk of infection, bleeding, allergic reactions and the like. We also ask whether there is anything that could increase the risk of infection. If there are circumstances that involve a particular risk of infection, we cannot carry out the treatment.
If you are unsure whether the treatment is right for you, for example because you have an allergy or an infection of the skin, nails or eyes, talk to us before your appointment. Do not write health information in the booking. Call us instead, or talk to us at the salon.
The seller is responsible for the treatment, whichever practitioner at the salon carries it out.
6. Cancellation and changes
If you want to cancel
You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before your appointment. Use the link in the confirmation you received by email. If the link does not work, contact us by phone or email.
If you have not paid in advance, and you cancel later than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, the salon may charge 70% of the price of the treatment.
If you have paid in advance, you get the full amount back when you cancel no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel later, or do not show up, the salon keeps the amount.
While you have a right of withdrawal, you can still cancel free of charge until the treatment starts, and if you have paid, you get everything back (see section 7).
If you fall ill, or something else unexpected happens, contact us as soon as you can. We will then consider whether to waive the fee, or whether we can move the appointment or refund what you have paid.
If you want to move your appointment, cancel it and book a new time, or contact us. It is free if you do so no later than 24 hours before the appointment.
If the salon has to change your appointment
If we have to cancel or move your appointment, we let you know by email or text message as soon as we can. If the new time does not suit you, tell us, and we will find another time or cancel the appointment at no cost to you. If you have paid anything in advance, you get your money back when we cancel.
Sometimes we suggest a new time instead. We then hold the new time while you think about it, and you reply using the link in the message. If you say yes, the appointment is moved. If you say no, it is cancelled. If you do not reply by the deadline, the appointment is normally cancelled automatically before it starts. If the system has no record of a messaging provider accepting the proposal for sending before the deadline, or the expiry is processed only after the appointment has started, the original appointment remains until the salon follows up. Provider acceptance does not prove that you received or read the message. Contact us if you are unsure whether your appointment still stands.
7. Right of withdrawal
When you book an appointment online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). You can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
When the period ends
The period starts on the day after you booked and ends at the end of the 14th day. If you book on 1 October, the period ends at the end of 15 October. If the last day is a Saturday, a Sunday, a public holiday, 1 May or 17 May, the period runs until the end of the next working day.
How to withdraw
Tell us before the period ends. It is enough that you send your message before the period ends. You can, for example
- cancel the appointment using the link in the confirmation
- send the withdrawal form in section 8, or an ordinary email, to post@mwbeautycollective.no
- send a letter to M&W Holding AS, Damhauggata 11, 1772 Halden, Norway
If the link does not work, use email or a letter. You can also tell us in another way, as long as it is clear that you want to withdraw from the contract. You must be able to show that you told us, so it is a good idea to do it in writing.
When you cancel using the link, you can see straight away that the appointment is cancelled, and we send an acknowledgement by email. Contact us if you cannot find it. If you send an email or a letter, we confirm that we have received it.
If your appointment is within the withdrawal period
Your appointment will often be within the withdrawal period. We will then only carry out the treatment if you expressly ask us to. You do this by ticking the box in the booking. At the same time you confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once the treatment has been carried out.
You can still withdraw at no cost until the treatment starts, even later than 24 hours before. If you withdraw after the treatment has started, you pay for the part that has been done by the time you told us.
Once the treatment is completed, you no longer have a right of withdrawal. If you are not happy with the result, the complaint rules in section 10 apply.
Refunds
If you have paid anything, we refund all of it no later than 14 days after we received your message. We use the same payment method you paid with, unless we agree otherwise with you. The refund costs you nothing.
8. Withdrawal form
You can use the form below, but you do not have to. Copy the text into an email to post@mwbeautycollective.no, or print it and send it by post. The form is also included in the confirmation email, partly filled in with your booking.

9. Returns
A treatment cannot be returned. If you are not happy with the treatment, the complaint rules in section 10 apply. We do not sell goods on the website, so there are no goods to return.
10. Complaints about the treatment
If you are not happy with the treatment, or think something has not been done as it should, let us know within a reasonable time after you discovered the problem. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to see what happened and to find a solution.
Contact us at post@mwbeautycollective.no, by phone on +47 936 27 989, or at the salon. Tell us what is wrong, and feel free to send photos.
We look into the matter with you and reply with a proposed solution. What you can claim depends on what is wrong. You have the rights that follow from the general rules on the purchase of services, and these terms do not limit them.
11. Complaints and disputes
If you disagree with us, please contact us first, and we will try to find a solution together.
If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet), which mediates between consumers and businesses: https://www.forbrukertilsynet.no
If mediation does not resolve the matter, the case can be brought before the Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget) if it falls within the Committee's jurisdiction, including cases about the right of withdrawal. The Norwegian Consumer Authority can advise on further complaint procedures and applicable fees. Disputes may also be brought before the ordinary courts under the usual rules. See https://www.forbrukertilsynet.no
12. Personal data
We use your name, phone number and email address to carry out the booking and to contact you about your appointment. How we process personal data, and what rights you have, is explained in our privacy policy: https://mwbeautycollective.no/en/personvern/
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For an appointment you have already booked, the terms as they were when you booked apply.
Version 3. Valid from 20 September 2026.
